Huh, interesting… Did you try to enable debug mode and see whether or not the trigger is executed? To be honest, I’ve never needed to do something like that, so hard to say why it doesn’t work as expected… I’d try to enable debug mode and check the logs, maybe they will say something more.

Currently if Ia m using Failure – X with number of failure 3 . No email is being send to the recipient. Its not working.
